Our principles and vision

In its activities, the Company is guided by the basic principles of social responsibility:

• The responsible interaction with all stakeholders. In negotiating the Company seeks to balance the interests of all involved parties. Each of the partners and clients of the company are treated with equal respect, regardless of the position occupied on the market.
• Compliance of the Russian Federation, international treaties and agreements, as well as business practices. In its activities, the Company follows generally accepted norms and standards of business ethics.
• The Company supports fair competition, opposes all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery. When dealing with business partners, employees must not offer or accept gifts, if it is related to the agreement, the signing and implementation of the agreement, the size of any offer or accept gifts must unconditionally comply with the laws applicable to both the giver and the receiver. Under the strict prohibition - awarding or compensation offer (present in any form of expression that can be regarded as receiving benefits) to civil servants in connection with the performance of official duties.
• The company is maintaining proper bookkeeping. Transparency of financial reporting and payment of taxes to the federal and regional budgets - bail strengthening the financial foundations of the state.
